Anastasia (Healer character)

 My name is Alina and I currently study MA Animation at the Hertfordshire University. Characters have always been my passion, I enjoy creating new beings whether they are humans or not. I decided to dedicate this project to a character called Anastasia. She is a human doctor with supernatural powers that are hidden in her hands.

During this project I tried to be thoughtful and consisted. I attempted to understand the psychology of Anastasia, and with each stage to show her personality through little details. The character is supposed to carry a contrast in herself which is her outfit and her character. I wanted to show her sensitive nature through big eyes, a little bit messy hair and naturally big eyebrows, contrasting with the strict and kind of cold uniform she wears. The project let me do what I really enjoy, as the character was based on my personal taste and inspirations. This is still work in progress, but I hope you enjoy seeing what I have got for the moment. Thanks for your attention!
